Change in the Board composition of MS Amlin Insurance S.E.

Brussels, 16th May, 2025 – MS Amlin Insurance S.E. (MS AISE) announces a key change to its Board of Directors.

Peer van Harten, who has served as Chair of the Board of MS AISE for the past six years, will be stepping down from the role upon the completion of his mandate on May 15, 2025. Under his direction, the Board successfully redefined the company’s strategy and governance framework, playing a key role in keeping the company on a strong and focused path.

Until a new Chair is appointed, Monika Sebold-Bender, who has been an Independent Non-Executive Director on the MS AISE Board since April 2020, will assume the role of Chair ad-interim.
